Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn

I was expecting a generic chain hotel experience, but somehow it was much much better than that. The staff were all amazing, breakfast was truly excellent. The room had light switches in good places which is rare in hotel rooms.

The fitness room was clean and well equipped. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast was excellent. Friendly, attentive and efficient. The fresh fruit at breakfast was a plus The hot dishes were great

breakfast was excellent. We hadn't received our bfast coupon upon check-in, but the charge for bfast was removed from our bill without hesitation upon checkout (bfast had been included in our pkg). Staff was nothing less than professional and friendly on top of that.

We stayed here after having flown into JFK airport at the start of our New England Roadtrip. Good hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a restaurant serving good meals. There was a well stocked mini market on site. The hotel was clean and well maintained and parking was plentiful. We don’t generally stay in chain hotels but this was a perfect convenient stop for us.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They always welcomed us when they saw us passing. The rooms were clean (very important) and quiet even with a full house. Parking was free and many restaurants in the area. When we return to the Roslyn NY area, we will surely stay at this Hilton Gardens again.
